Career Opportunity: Content Manager

Pegasus Interactive is a 12 year old successful multimedia software development firm that has created an award-winning brand of avionics CBT programs, in addition to providing contract services to a variety of high technology clients. Major partners include Boeing, Garmin & L3 Communications. Our scenario-based, guided simulation software is second to none.

We have an immediate need to hire a content development manager for on-site work at our West Chester, PA office. This position will be responsible for writing and developing content for avionics and aircraft systems computer-based training projects. Must work closely with programmers, interactive designers and project management, in addition to interacting with Pegasus Interactive business partners, aircraft OEM and avionics manufacturers. This position may be responsible for other duties as assigned or apparent. Employment would be on a full time salaried basis.

Experience as a CFII with knowledge of integrated flight decks, including instructional on PFD/MFD equipped aircraft is required. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in instructional design or related subject with a solid background and knowledge of aviation training content. Strong technical writing background desired, along with ability to storyboard. Familiarity with authoring, audio/video editing, animation and utility software programs is preferred.

Compensation will be determined by skill set and experience.
