Computer Based Training (CBT)

CBT enables students to learn on a self-paced/directed basis. Typically this type of standalone courseware reduces the cost of instruction, as it lessens or eliminates travel and minimizes instructor costs. Our advanced CBT courses are visually engaging, highly animated applications, supported with high quality audio and video, to produce an immersive learning experience. They frequently include scenario-based, guided simulation, especially when the training matter involves an electronic device. The interactivity we integrate into the programs lets the student experience (in a virtual sense, on their desktop) the simple and complex tasks/procedures that they'll encounter in the field. Testing and assessment is woven into the courseware, which allows for individual and class tracking. We use a real-time feedback system to advise the student when errors are made, and offer remediation to enhance the learning process. Depending on requirements, we can collect and report student session data, for use in skills assessment tracking, in addition to course completion/certification (or recertification) needs.
