Web Based Training (WBT)

WBT takes the power of CBT online, and has the advantage of instant delivery, along with the flexibility to make quick revisions to content. As long as the user has web access, they can access the courseware at any time. We tailor our courseware to meet the bandwidth constraints of the users, and employ advanced technologies to stream content, thus avoiding the 'download then play' issues associated with 'fat' multimedia. Sometimes a hybrid solution is best, where the high-bandwidth type content runs locally but an online component of the courseware reports data to an LMS.
